Menopause Coaching and Mindful Yoga program

This is an online or in person, one-on-one wellness coaching and yoga program for women going through peri+menopausal phase in their lives. These sessions integrate coaching, yoga, mindfulness, meditation, breathing and various holistic wellness self-healing tools and focus on mind-body work to support menopause symptoms.​

 

Menopausal symptoms are highly individualistic, therefore this program will give valuable guidance and support in this important transformational phase of your specific wellness journey. This coaching program uses a holistic approach to help improve your wellness and quality of life, by focusing on physical, emotional, mental, environmental and occupational aspects. We will work together and create a wellness program according to your specific needs.

This program focuses on;

  • Ways and strategies to improve your specific menopausal symptoms (eg.hot flashes, bone density and muscle mass loss, cardiovascular and cognitive functions)

  • Necessary lifestyle interventions if needed (eg. Mindful nutrition and exercise rituals, sleep hygiene)

  •  Breath work, relaxation and restorative techniques, mindfulness meditation, asana practice for supporting bone density and muscle mass, somatic and functional yoga. 

  • Giving you empowerment, self-efficacy and confidence during this transformational phase of your life.

 

NOTE: Minimum 6-weeks of commitment is recommended for observation of change and the assessment of improvement on menopausal symptoms.

6-session package (Online or in-person session/pp): 330 Euros or 60 Euros per session
