MedMeditation and Breathing Techniques


Mindfulness meditation and 15 breathing techniques will be taught (in English or Turkish) during these 1: 1 and online/in person sessions. Learning about mindfulness meditation and breathing techniques are essential tools for coping with stress, anxiety and improving overall wellness.
