MedMeditation and Breathing Techniques
Mindfulness meditation and 15 breathing techniques are taught (in English or Turkish) during these one-on-one and online/in person sessions. Learning about mindfulness meditation and breathing techniques are essential tools for managing stress, anxiety, calming down and balancing the nervous system and improving overall wellness.
